Welcome to Your Riverside Apartment

Welcome to our beautiful apartment with views of the idyllic garden and the riverbank – only about five minutes by car from Europa-Park Rust. The Taubergießen nature reserve is also just a few minutes away, and France can be reached via the free ferry across the Rhine.

The apartment is air-conditioned and accommodates up to four people. It features a queen-size double bed, two single beds and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are, of course, included.

From the loggia, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the green garden and the riverbank. Especially in the evening, this spot offers a peaceful, atmospheric setting with a beautiful view of the sunset.

The apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, small refrigerator and Nespresso machine. Dishes and cooking utensils are also provided.

If you prefer to eat out, two upscale restaurants are within walking distance – “Das Schiff” and “Elsäßer Hof” in Kappel-Grafenhausen – as well as a pizzeria. Free Wi-Fi is available, as is a reserved parking space for you on the property.

As the house is located in a quiet residential area, parties are not permitted. We also kindly ask you to observe the quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

House Rules

To ensure that all guests feel comfortable and that the peaceful atmosphere of the house is maintained, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in is possible between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• Check-out is until 11:00 a.m.

Maximum Number of Guests

• The accommodation is intended for a maximum of 4 guests.

Quiet and Consideration

• Please refrain from loud music, parties and loud shouting on the balcony and inside the apartment, so that the peace of the neighborhood is respected. It is important to us that all guests can enjoy a relaxed and pleasant stay.
• If such a disturbance should nevertheless occur, please keep in mind that a contractual penalty of €1,000 will be due in this case.
• Thank you for your understanding and consideration. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. We kindly ask you to be especially considerate during this time.

“Riverside 35” is the ideal starting point for a visit to Europa-Park in Rust. The park can be reached in only about five to six minutes by car. Rulantica is also very close by. This location combines short distances to the region’s most important leisure attractions with the tranquillity of a stay by the river.

The surrounding area also has plenty to offer. The Taubergießen nature reserve is only a few minutes away and is ideal for bike rides, walks, hikes and boat trips. The Kappel gravel lake is also nearby and invites you to relax and spend time by the water. The Rhine can be reached quickly, and a free ferry offers an easy way to take a trip to France.

Freiburg, Strasbourg and Colmar are also ideal destinations for day trips. From Kappel-Grafenhausen, the distance to Strasbourg is around 42 kilometres, with a driving time of approximately 33 to 43 minutes depending on the route. Colmar is around 48 kilometres away, with a driving time of about 51 minutes.

Many amenities are also within easy reach in the immediate surroundings: within walking distance, you will find two upscale restaurants, a pizzeria and a gravel lake. A supermarket can be reached in about five minutes by car. Overall, “Riverside 35” combines proximity to Europa-Park with nature, water and the diversity of a unique border region.
