Welcome to Your Holiday Apartment with Garden Terrace

A warm welcome to our beautiful holiday apartment in Kappel-Grafenhausen with an idyllic garden terrace – only about a five-minute drive from Europa-Park Rust. The Taubergießen nature reserve can also be reached within just a few minutes, as can France via the ferry across the Rhine.

The apartment accommodates up to five guests. It offers a king-size double bed, a triple bunk bed, as well as a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are, of course, included. The apartment also has air conditioning.

Please note that the third and uppermost level of the bunk bed should only be used by guests who are also aware during the night that the ceiling is only about 60 cm above them. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the idyllic garden, where a cozy terrace with seating is available for your use.

The holiday apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and Nespresso machine. Dishes and cooking utensils are also provided.

If you prefer to eat out, there are two upscale restaurants within walking distance – “Das Schiff” and “Elsäßer Hof” in Kappel-Grafenhausen – as well as a pizzeria.

Free Wi-Fi is available, as are two reserved parking spaces on the property. As the house is located in a quiet residential area, parties are not permitted. We also kindly ask you to observe the quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

• Check-in is possible between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• Check-out is until 11:00 a.m.

Maximum Number of Guests

• The accommodation is intended for a maximum of 5 guests.

Quiet and Consideration

• We do not accept all-male groups or groups planning loud get-togethers with music, drinking games, and a party atmosphere. It is important to us that all guests can enjoy a relaxed and peaceful stay with us. Thank you for your understanding. Please keep in mind that in the event of a rule violation, a contractual penalty of €1,000 will apply.

“Riverside 35” is the ideal starting point for a visit to Europa-Park in Rust. The park can be reached in just five to six minutes by car, and the Rulantica water world is also located nearby. This unique location combines easy access to the region’s most popular attractions with the peaceful atmosphere of a riverside retreat.

The surrounding area has much more to offer. The Taubergießen Nature Reserve is only a few minutes away and is perfect for cycling, hiking, walking, and boat tours. The nearby Kappeler Lake (Baggersee) is another great place to relax by the water. The Rhine River is easily accessible, and a free ferry provides a convenient way to visit France.

For day trips, the cities of Freiburg, Strasbourg, and Colmar are all within easy reach. Strasbourg is approximately 42 km away and can be reached in about 33 to 43 minutes by car, depending on the route. Colmar is around 48 km away, with a driving time of approximately 51 minutes.

Many amenities are also within walking distance. Guests will find two high-quality restaurants, a pizzeria, and a lakeside recreation area nearby. A supermarket can be reached in about five minutes by car.
