Welcome to Your Riverside Apartment

Welcome to our beautiful apartment with views of the idyllic garden and the adjoining riverbank – only about five minutes by car from Europa-Park Rust. The Taubergießen nature reserve is also just a few minutes away, and France can be reached via the free ferry across the Rhine.

The apartment accommodates up to four people. It features a queen-size double bed, a bunk bed for two people and a bathroom with a separate WC. Bed linen and towels are, of course, included. The bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning.

From the dining room and the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the green garden and the riverbank. Especially in the evening, this spot offers a peaceful, atmospheric setting with a beautiful view of the sunset.

The apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, small refrigerator and Nespresso machine. Dishes and cooking utensils are also provided.

If you prefer to eat out, two upscale restaurants are within walking distance – “Das Schiff” and “Elsäßer Hof” in Kappel-Grafenhausen – as well as a pizzeria.

Free Wi-Fi is available, as is a reserved parking space for you on the property.

As the house is located in a quiet residential area, parties are not permitted. We also kindly ask you to observe the quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Please note that you do not have direct access to the riverbank from your apartment, as the garden below your apartment belongs to another residential unit.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in is possible between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• Check-out is until 11:00 a.m.

Maximum Number of Guests

• The accommodation is intended for a maximum of 4 guests.

Quiet and Consideration

• We kindly ask you to refrain from loud music, parties and loud shouting (for example during drinking games) on the balcony and inside the apartment in order to preserve the peace of the neighborhood. If such a disturbance should nevertheless occur, please keep in mind that a contractual penalty of €1,000 will be due in this case. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

“Riverside 35” is the ideal starting point for a visit to Europa-Park in Rust. The park can be reached in only about five to six minutes by car. Rulantica is also very close by. This location combines short distances to the region’s most important leisure attractions with the peace and quiet of a stay by the river.

The surrounding area also has plenty to offer. The Taubergießen nature reserve is only a few minutes away and is ideal for bike rides, walks, hikes, and boat trips. The Kappeler Baggersee lake is also nearby and invites you to relax and spend time by the water. The Rhine can be reached quickly, and a free ferry makes for an easy trip to France.

Freiburg, Strasbourg, and Colmar are also great options for day trips. From Kappel-Grafenhausen, the distance to Strasbourg is around 42 kilometers, with a driving time of approximately 33 to 43 minutes depending on the route. Colmar is around 48 kilometers away, with a driving time of about 51 minutes.

There is also plenty within easy reach in the immediate area: two upscale restaurants, a pizzeria, and a swimming lake are all within walking distance. A supermarket can be reached by car in about five minutes. Overall, “Riverside 35” combines proximity to Europa-Park with nature, water, and the diversity of a unique border region.
